Who Can Join?
A Grade caters to intermediate to advanced players, ranging from backyard volleyball enthusiasts to our senior men’s and women’s players seeking light-hearted fun!
Not sure where you fit? Join us at our Come and Try Sessions to find your comfort level.
When and Where?
Night: Monday nights (new for 2025!)
Where: Upper Ross PCYC, 3 Allambie Ln, Rasmussen QLD 4815
Time: 6:30–9:30 PM (Games are 1 hour: 10 minutes for warm-up, 50 minutes for gameplay).
Please Note: Dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible if changes occur.
Game Format:
Games are scheduled to finish on the hour, monitored by the Competition Coordinator.
In the case of an absolute draw, teams will play a Golden Point to determine the winner (see Match Protocols for details).

Indoor Leagues FAQs
1. What if I need a fill-in athlete to make up my team?
Fill-ins are allowed for teams with variable athlete availability. We recommend recruiting fill-ins from players already registered in the league to ensure insurance coverage.
A fill-in who participates in more than 3 games per season will no longer be considered a fill-in and must pay membership and season fees.
2. What if I or my team wants to withdraw from the competition?
Withdrawal is allowed in cases of extenuating circumstances deemed exceptional by the Club’s Board.
Partial refunds for unplayed portions of the season may be arranged upon approval.
