Q2. Can I play Beach and Indoor volleyball at Monsoons?
A. Yes! We offer:
• A and B Grade Social Indoor Leagues
• Junior & Senior Representative Programs
• Division 1 & 2 Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Beach Doubles and Fours Leagues
• Beach Volleyball Training Sessions

Q3. I’m new to volleyball. How do I get started?
A. The best way to start is by attending our Come and Try Sessions at the beginning of the season. These sessions let you explore different competitions and find your fit. Keep an eye on our socials for session announcements, or contact us directly for guidance!

Q4. Does Monsoons offer pick-up or casual games?
A. While our social competitions require registration and membership, we currently do not offer regular pick-up or casual sessions. However, other local groups do—and if you message us, we’re happy to point you in the right direction.

Q5. Does Monsoons offer open/casual indoor training sessions?
A. Due to low attendance, our Open Indoor Training sessions were cancelled in early 2025. However, we plan to run occasional one-off sessions—stay tuned on our social media so you don’t miss out!

Q6. I want to join a league, but the season has already started. Can I still get involved?
A. We’ll always try to fit new players into competitions where possible. Availability depends on team numbers and scheduling, so while it’s not guaranteed, send us a message and we’ll do our best!

Q7. I’m unsure when to start volleyball or if I’m too old. What’s the right time?
A. We welcome players of all ages! Many start around ages 9–10, but there’s no age limit—you’re never too old to give volleyball a go at Monsoons.

Q8. I’ve paid for a league but can no longer participate. Can I get a refund?
A. In most cases, we’re able to refund the portion of the season you haven’t played. Just get in touch and we’ll talk through the options.
