Athlete membership:
- Necessary to participate in social competition, premier league, trainings, and our rep program
- $75 annually - includes player insurance and Volleyball Queensland Recreational Membership


Leagues:

All participating athletes must purchase 2025 Monsoons Membership ($75 annual fee) to cover Volleyball QLD membership and insurance fees.

All indoor leagues are located at PCYC Upper Ross.

Leagues:
1. Mixed A-Grade Social (must have 2 females on court at all times): Mondays 6:30-9:30pm - capped at 14 teams
- Come and Try nights: Monday 27th July 6:30-8:30pm
- Season start: Monday 3rd August
- 14 week season, $100 per player
Note: There will be no games due to the King's Birthday Holiday on Monday 05th October 2026

2. Mixed B-Grade Social (must have 2 females on court at all times): Fridays 6:30-9:30pm - capped at 14 teams
- Come and Try night: Friday 31st July
- Season start: Friday 7th August
- 14 week season, $100 per player


Fees

    • 70 Monsoons Athlete Registration; Includes Monsoons Player Registration, Insurance, Volleyball Queensland Recreational Membership. Valid for One Year (2026)
    • 100 Leagues: A-Grade Mixed Social Comp (advanced)
    • 100 Leagues: B-Grade Mixed Social Comp (intermediate)
    • 50 Leagues: Additional Division

PaediaTricKs is an Occupational Therapy practice that for 20 years has been helping children with their learning activities, including handwriting, reading, fine and gross motor skills, play, development, attention/concentration and behaviour management.

We welcome clients on the NDIS, and Medicare plans including Better Access to Mental Health and Enhanced Primary Care plans (EPC)/Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM) Team Care Arrangements (TCA).
 
We provide comprehensive assessment, treatment (individual, group and home therapy programs) and consultation and reports.
 
As well as conducting sessions at our safe and friendly clinic, we can do home based therapy, school/kindy visits and community access visits.
 
We can also see adult NDIS clients for music, daily living, social and literacy skills.

Terms and conditions

  • 1. Schedule and Fees
    The schedule for games and duties will be published on the Townsville Monsoons Volleyball Club Facebook page and the Social Competition webpage.
    All athletes must pay their athlete registration fees and social competition fees in full by February 27, 2026
    Any team with unpaid players will not enter the draw until paid in full or enter a payment plan.

    2. Registration Requirements
    Each athlete must complete and sign the registration form (or have it signed by a parent/guardian if the athlete is under 18 years of age).
    Completion of the registration form acts as acceptance of the Townsville Monsoons Volleyball Club Liability and Media Release Waiver ("Waiver").

    3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
    By completing the registration form:
    Athletes acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participation in the competition, including potential injury, damage, or even death arising from the event or related activities (including travel).
    Athletes voluntarily assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss associated with their participation, regardless of whether these arise in whole or in part from negligence or other unintentional actions by event organizers, sponsors, or property owners.
    Participants (including heirs, assigns, and personal representatives) release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Townsville Monsoons Volleyball Club committee, event organizers, volunteers, and sponsors against any claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, expenses, or losses (including attorney fees) resulting from property damage or personal injury (including death) during participation in the event.

    4. Media and Data Release
    By completing the registration form:
    Athletes waive all rights of ownership to their name, image, or representation ("Data"), including written, photographic, or video material.
    Athletes grant permission to the Townsville Monsoons Volleyball Club to publish, announce, or distribute this data for promotional or media purposes.

    5. Equipment Responsibility
    If a tournament player damages or breaks club equipment (e.g., volleyballs, poles, nets), the player and/or their parent/guardian is responsible for the monetary replacement of the damaged item.

    6. Club Code of Conduct
    All athletes, parents, guardians, coaches, officials, volunteers, and other participants are required to comply with the Townsville Monsoons Volleyball Club Code of Conduct at all times while participating in Club competitions, training sessions, tournaments, events, duties, travel, and other Club-related activities.
    By signing or completing the registration form, the participant—and their parent or guardian where the participant is under 18 years of age—confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Townsville Monsoons Volleyball Club Code of Conduct.
    Any alleged breach of the Code of Conduct may be reviewed by the Club and may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the Club’s applicable policies and procedures.

    7. Acknowledgment
    By signing or completing the registration form, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Townsville Monsoons Volleyball Club Liability and Media Release Waiver, and the Townsville Monsoons Volleyball Club Code of Conduct without modification.
